- One Day Team Shootout
- Guaranteed 4 Games
- Champions will receive a prize
- Teams are responsible for their own lunch

NO REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL 14 DAYS OR LESS FROM DATE OF SHOOTOUT
Full payment is due with application (if you don't want to pay online, you can pay $265 by check made payable to MVP Hoops, LLC)
